PAW PAW – On Monday, Aug. 17, the Paw Paw Board of Education approved Paw Paw Public Schools to enter into a cooperative agreement with Bangor Public Schools and Three Rivers Community Schools for the Shared Food Services Director position.
Chef George Siedis serves in this role, allowing all three districts to share costs, expertise, and resources while strengthening the efficiency and quality of their food service programs.
It marks the second year for Paw Paw’s participation in the cooperative agreement.
In another area the board accepted a $1,000 donation from LSM Ventures LLC –
Biggby 418 as a PAC Producer Sponsor.
The board approved the following teaching assignments:
Alyson Riley – Early Elementary kindergarten teacher, Kelly Imus – Early Elementary second grade teacher, and Nicholas Losiewski, Middle School assistant principal.
Also approved were Jim Tuls – varsity assistant girls basketball, Andreya Robinson – junior varsity volleyball, Nick Cox – freshman football, Taylor Howes – varsity assistant softball, Mark Hills – Middle School boys’ cross country, Kaj Holm – Middle School girls cross country, Kimi Rook – varsity assistant girls basketball, Terry Reynolds – varsity assistant softball, and Paul Schincariol – junior varsity girls basketball.
The board approved a letter of resignation from Calib Shaefer – Later Elementary Behavior Management Specialist.
