PAW PAW – This year’s Paw Paw Wine & Harvest Festival fireworks display falls on Sept. 11, a day of deep meaning for our nation.
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, Rowdy’s KaBoom, LLC, will begin the fireworks show at the Maple Lake Amphitheatre Park at 9:30 p.m. with a special tribute dedicated to the memory of the lives lost on that tragic day and in honor of all those forever impacted. Fireworks sponsor, the Paw Paw Downtown Development Authority asks that those attending “to remain quiet and respectful during the opening portion of the fireworks display as we remember and honor those we lost.”
At the beginning of the fireworks show, the Paw Paw Volunteer Fire Department’s Honor Guard will stand on the Amphitheatre stage as a Color Guard, according to Paw Paw Fire Department Chief Kyle Richardson. Taps will be performed by Isaac Nower.
Following the tribute, the sky over Maple Lake will come alive with the annual fireworks spectacular celebrating the 2026 Wine & Harvest Festival.
