49 arrested on 125 charges by Task Force

From 2/7/2024 – 5/29/2024 Agents of the Chambers County Drug Task Force/ Alabama Drug Enforcement Task Force, Chambers County Multi-Jurisdictional SWAT Team, Chambers County Sheriff’s Office, Valley Police Department, Lafayette Police Department, and the Lanett Police Department conducted numerous operations, traffic stops and search warrants that resulted in the execution of 9 search warrants, and the arrest of 49 individuals on 125 charges.
Arrests made are as follows:

1.Jarontavious Marsean Griffin 27 of Lanett – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

2. Juvenile 17 of Opelika – Possession of Marijuana 2nd.
   3.Aberdellah Scott 57 of Valley – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Synthetics) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
   4.Kardrecus Peterson 42 of Valley – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Synthetics) and Possession of Marijuana 2nd.
   5.Wes Samuels 37 of Lafayette – Possession of Marijuana 1st – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Synthetics) – Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess Firearm and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
   6.LetaviousTucker 28 of Lanett – Possession of Marijuana 1st and Certain Persons Forbidden to Possess Firearm
   7.Antravious Glasco 26 of Valley – Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
   8.Crystal Ford 25 of Valley – Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
   9.Clenteria Bailey 25 of Valley – Possession of Marijuana 2nd.
   10.Matthew Wayne Johnson 42 of Valley – Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
   11.Ladonte Maurice Battle 28 of Wadley – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (MDMA) – Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
   12.Shaquille Rashad Turnipseed 29 of Montgomery – Possession of Marijuana 1st – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Synthetics) and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Pills) Three Counts.

16.Alexander Williams Nino-Bernal 22 of Orlando, FL – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine Powder).
