Allegan wins in pool

The Allegan Girls Swimming and Diving team finished ahead of conference rival Otsego Tuesday, Sept. 17, by a 99-81 margin.
The win moved the Tigers to 2-0 in the conference duals.
Individual winners for Allegan included Bella Festerling in the 200-yard IM, Mari Nistal Palacios in the 50 freestyle, Bailee Dilley in diving, Maddie Antkoviak in the 100 butterfly and the 100 backstroke, Lilli Kelley in the 100 freestyle and Lizzy Ehrich in the 100 breaststroke.
Allegan also won all three relays. Members of those relays were: Festerling, Ehrich, Nistal Palacios and Antkoviak in the 200 medley; Lilli Kelley, Odessa Barnhart, Festerling and Eliza DeLaet in the 200 free; and Nistal Palacios, Kelley, Antkoviak and DeLaet in the 400 free.
