The Paw Paw Wine and Harvest Festival, held Sept. 6-8 in Paw Paw, saw a variety of events throughout the three days. On Friday, fireworks were displayed over Maple Lake, sponsored by the Paw Paw Downtown Development Authority. On Saturday, the Grape Escape Classic Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show, sponsored by Tapper Autor Group, was held in downtown Paw Paw. Making a return visit this year was the Ultimate Air Dogs, where dogs competed in dock jumping events. St. Julian Winery and Distillery, as well as Warner Vineyards, kept busy with tours, tasting and sales. On Sunday, the final day, the St. Julian Festival Parade kicked off at Paw Paw Middle School and made its way east through downtown Paw Paw to the Freshwater Community Church.
