Bulldogs close season with 37-0 win

The LaFayette Bulldogs closed out their 2024 football season last Friday against the Barbour County Jaguars. LaFayette traveled to Clayton, Alabama and defeated the Jaguar’s 37-0.
The Dogs were in search of ending the season with a “W” after suffering a 50-22 home defeat last week at the hands of the Generals of Horseshoe Bend.
LaFayette didn’t waste any time getting on the scoreboard, scoring two touchdowns in the first quarter to grab an early 16.
The Bulldogs added another couple of scores in the second quarter to put LaFayette up 30-0 at the half.
In the second half the onslaught would continue .
The Bulldogs were able to add two more scores in the third quarter to seal the deal for them.
The Bulldogs would defeat the Jaguars 37-0 and end their season with a 5-5 record.
