The LaFayette Bulldogs basketball teams traveled during the holiday Thanksgiving break to Dale County to take on George W. Long.
The Boys Junior Varsity team crushed the Rebels with a 44-29 win.
The Varsity Bulldogs boys eeked out a 58-54 victory.
Kemare Harrington led the Bulldogs with 24 points and Jordan Johnson with 16 points.
As the holiday ended and to kick the season back off the Bulldogs hosted the Handley Tigers at home on Monday night.
The Boys Junior Varsity team cruised to a 39-23 win.
5 Williams with 11points followed by #2 Carlisle with 8 points led the JV in scoring
The Lady Bulldogs couldn’t get past the Lady
Tigers, losing 48-18.
The Bulldogs Varsity boys and Handley Tigers went neck to neck all night with the Tigers managing to come out with the victory over the Bulldogs 52-49.
