FARWELL — Millie Mcaulay has had quite a career for Farwell wrestling so far.
She was 17-11 for the 2025-26 season. Her high school record is 31-26. She was a junior this past season and was in her eight year overall of writing and third on the high school level.
She competed at the state finals as a freshman and placed third.
“Practices have been going pretty good,” Mcaulay said.
She wrestled both boys and girls. Her weight class was 103.
Mcaulay had success against both boys and girls.
She finished fourth in the girl districts but did not compete in the state meet.
Her weight class for the girls was 105.
On the mat, takedowns wear a strength.
“My shots are pretty good,” Mcaulay said. “I definitely need to condition more. I have to slow down a little bit and not get too far.”
Mcaulay also does volleyball and softball and said wrestling is her favorite.
“I feel like myself on the mat,” she said. “My whole family wrestles.”
