The Allegan County Fair 2025 is rapidly approaching, and there is much to consider before the gates open on Friday, September 5th. The Grandstand entertainment is set, and tickets are available. Be sure to purchase entertainer tickets on or before August 15th to receive the free gate admission. Even more important, entry forms for animals, arts, crafts, antiques, baked goods, garden produce, flowers, etc. are due all too soon. Youth entry forms must be in the fair office by August 10th and Open Class entry forms must be submitted by August 15th.
ENTRIES
Those wishing to enter animals and/or arts, crafts, produce, etc. should go to the Fair office and obtain a Premium Book, or go online at https://allegancountyfair.com/ and scroll to Premium Book. Follow the instructions carefully, so all bits and pieces are included in the entry.
Those wishing to reserve a stall as an exhibitor for animals, business, or displays, can go to https://allegancountyfair.com/ and scroll down to Animal Health Requirements for Exhibition at Fairs or 2025 Exhibitor Online Entries.
Don’t forget about the Allegan County Fair Parade. The theme this year is “Shine & Show Through September’s Glow”. Entries travel the parade route then pass the judges in the grandstand. Awards will be given according to the rules for entry.
GRANDSTAND
The line up of entertainment for the 2025 Fair is diverse. Valued seats are already being taken, so it is important not to wait.
Friday, Sept. 5, 7:30pm: Grabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias and Jeff Dunham will bring their unique forms of comedy to the stage.
Saturday, Sept. 6, 7pm: Cole Swindell and Conner Smith will bring some Nashville to the stage.
Sunday, Sept. 7, 6pm: the Unique Motor Sports Off Road Demo Derby 2025 hits the track.
Monday, Sept. 8, 7pm: the Fair Parade arrives at the Grandstand but it will fill the streets from downtown Allegan beginning at 6pm.
Tuesday, Sept. 9, 7pm: the NTPA Truck & Tractor Pulls will rev their engines to a fever pitch.
Wednesday, Sept. 10, 7pm: Flying Star Professional Rodeo demonstrates cowboy talents to earn points.
Thursday, Sept. 11, 7:30pm: Gabby Barrett with Myron Elkins will bring country to the audience.
Friday, Sept. 12, 8pm: Ne-Yo will entertain with R&B.
Saturday, Sept. 13, 6pm: Unique Motor Demolition Derby 2025 closes out the Fait with their championship competition.
