GOBLES – A Gobles man is facing charges for allegedly selling mislabeled and foreign-made GLP1 drugs without prescriptions.
Brandon Piper was charged in federal court Friday, Feb. 20, with one count of conspiracy to introduce misbranded drugs into interstate commerce with intent to defraud and mislead.
Federal prosecutors implicated Piper of working for a Canadian company that sold drugs to American customers from October 2023 until at least August 2024. It was at that time when he started another Michigan-based website with a Holland mailing address.
If convicted, Piper faces up to five years in prison.
