Elvis at the VFW
Elvis Tribute Artist, Jake Slater, will be performing at the Clare VFW, 145 Wilcox Pkwy, on November 8th from 7-9pm! (call 989-386-7221 to purchase tickets). Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase.
Ideal Theatre to provide ‘Happyness’ movie for donations
On November 9th at 11 am, Ideal Theatre will be hosting a free showing of “The Pursuit of Happyness” in honor of Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. They will be accepting donations of canned goods.
Santa arrives at Rooftop Landing
Santa and a few of his elves will parachute into the Rooftop Landing Reindeer farm(2706 E Stevenson Lake Rd, Clare) around 12pm on November 9th to begin his 2024 season at the farm.
Jump will be around 12pm. Please arrive early to give yourself enough time to park. Santa will be available for pictures after he arrives from 12-6pm.
Event is included in farm admission. Tickets are $11, kids under 1 are FREE. Tickets are available online or at the door. They recommend purchasing tickets online to help the lines go quicker.
Christmas Treasure Sale
Lake Station Depot in Lake will be hosting a Christmas “Treasure” Sale on November 15th and 16th from 9am-3pm. Dress for the weather! There will be plenty of shops and you can make your own wreath at their pop-up shop. They will only be taking cash!
Grinch Day
Grinch Day at Rooftop Landing Reindeer Farm (2706 E Stevenson Lake Rd, Clare) will be November 16th from 10am-6pm! In addition to their farm attractions, you’ll enjoy… Photo ops with Grinch in his special house; Special themed face painting from 12-4pm; Special treats and drinks and official Grinch merchandise for purchase.
Angel the Reindeer Day
Celebrate Angel the Reindeer with Rooftop Landing Reindeer Farm! The event will be November 17th from 10am-5pm at the farm (2706 E Stevenson Lake Rd, Clare). They will have specialty tumblers, drinks, treats, and gift items available that feature Angel. Visit with her and the other reindeer in the paddock, and even chat with Dave about her unique story.
Pink Friday Event
Cardinal & Clover Collaborative (420 N. McEwan, Clare) is hosting a Pink Friday Event on November 22nd during open hours! They will have an ugly pink sweater contest, sales, pink lemonade, cookies, and a fashion show. They will also be accepting donations for blessing boxes.
Holiday Ladies Night Out

Flying Pancake Breakfast
Rooftop Landing Reindeer Farm (2706 E Stevenson Lake Rd, Clare) will be hosting a Flying Pancake Breakfast with Santa on November 23rd! This isn’t your ordinary pancake breakfast. Prepare to test your skills as you catch your pancakes out of mid-air. It’s a fun-filled challenge that will have you and your family laughing and creating cherished memories. Don’t miss out on this extraordinary holiday event!
Includes pancakes, sausage, and beverages.
Breakfast is served from 9am-12pm. Farm is open from 9am-6pm.
Santa will be available for visits/photos once breakfast ends at noon.

Clare Church of the Nazarene,(10160 S. Grant Avenue, Clare) is hosting their 3rd Annual Holiday Craft Fair on November 23rd from 10am-3pm! Entry is free. There will be over 30 vendors to enjoy along with a bake sale!
