SEARS, DAVID LESLIE, age 69, of Weidman, passed away Friday, Nov 8, 2024, at his home.
A Graveside Service will take place at 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at North Brinton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans.
David was born November 22, 1954, in Goodridge, Michigan, the son of Leslie and Joan (Armstrong) Sears. He married Patricia Lynn Morrissey on July 10, 1976; she preceded him in death on July 25, 1992. David was a hard worker; he was a talented auto body repairman for many years. David enjoyed his yearly gardens and hunting. He was an amazing father and loved to spend time with his family.
David is survived by his sons, Chuck (Pam) Tucker of Montana, Paul (Chris) Tucker of Lake, Daniel Sears of Saginaw; granddaughters Danielle Burnworth, Patricia Tucker, Carrie Tucker; great-grandchildren Dylan and Deagan; brother Tim Sears of Bay City; and sister Connie Harris of West Branch.
David was preceded in death by his parents; first wife Patricia Sears; brothers Ernie and Dale Sears; sister Gale Sears; and brother-in-law Phil Harris.
