Martin Wayne Colosky (Marty) age 52 passed away in Barryton, Michigan on October 24, 2024. Marty was born to Johnny and Shirley Colosky on August 6, 1972 in Clare, MI. He attended Farwell Area Schools. He lived in various places in the central Michigan area but always settled back in the Farwell area. Marty was known for his love of animals especially dogs and cats. He enjoyed RC cars. He would convert them to gas power and he enjoyed adding other embellishments to make them look like he wanted them to. Both his cousin Dan and brother-in-law Jason became RC fans as well and enjoyed playing with them alongside Marty for hours. He had such a large collection that his youngest nephew Keaston called him “ The RC man.” He enjoyed spending time with his brother Randy at a local campground and he enjoyed spending time with other family members and their pets. Marty is survived by his parents Johnny (Jacalyn) Colosky, Shirley (Robert) Davis, his two daughters Rebecca Cook and Nichole Colosky. He is also survived by his grandchildren Kassadin and Auna Cook and Paige Colosky. He is survived by his brother Randy (Michelle) Colosky, sisters Tina (Jim) Ritter, Cathy (Jason) Woodry, Spring (Gerald) Dudley. His nieces and nephews Samuel and Benjamin Lueders, Simone Vanden Bosch, Felicia Colosky, Zoe, Madison, Izzy and Keaston Dudley. And great niece Aliyah Woodry. Many aunts, uncles and cousins. Marty was preceded in death by his parental grandfather Maynard Colosky, maternal grandmother Murel Kinney, uncles Harold Goodwin and Jerry Colosky. Aunt Donna Green, sister-in- law Leesa Colosky and baby nephew Zachariah Lueders. A private memorial will be held at a later date.
