Mr. Walter C. Calloway, Jr., 73 of Camp Hill, AL passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at UAB Hospital, Birmingham, AL.
Public Visitation will be held on Monday, April 29, 2024 from 11:00 AM CST until 6:00 PM CST at Silmon-Seroyer Funeral Home Chapel, Lafayette, AL.
Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, 1:00 PM CST at Springhill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Camp Hill, AL. Reverend Oscar Merideth, Officiating/Eulogist.
He leaves to cherish his memories: three children; son, Timothy James Calloway of Atlanta, GA; two daughters, Angela Calloway and Jennifer Calloway both of Camp Hill, AL; five grandchildren, Merrell Calloway, La’Conyal Hughley, Demarcus Pennyamon, Alexis Stanley, and Jala Calloway; two brothers, Walter Calloway III and John Calloway of New York, NY; one sister, Regina Calloway of Hartsville, SC; eight great-grandchildren, six nephews, two nieces, two special cousins, Lawrence Pulliam and Lorenzo Tolbert, and a host of other relatives and friends.
