Mrs. Dorothy (Dot) Andrews Allen 99, of Ridge Grove, Alabama died Tuesday March 15, 2022 at the East Alabama Medical Center.
Mrs. Allen was born in Chambers County, Alabama September 21, 1922 to the late James Leonard Andrews and the late Bertha Henderson Andrews, she was a member of the County Line Baptist Church in Camp Hill, Alabama.
Funeral services will be held Friday March 18, 2022 at 11AM at the County Line Baptist Church with burial to follow at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy Allen officiating.
Visitation will be held Thursday at County Line Baptist Church 5232 Co Rd 51 Camp Hill, Alabama 36850 from 6PM until 8PM.
She is survived by 5 Children Dianne (Jimmy) Lee of Ridge Grove, Al., Rev. Jimmy (Martha) Allen of Ridge Grove, Al., Elaine (Wayne) Bartlett of Hamilton, Al., Johnny (Sue) Allen of Ridge Grove, Al., Gerald (Kay) Allen of LaFayette, Al., 13 grandchildren 27 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband J. Palmer Allen, granddaughter Tanya Allen McAllister, and 5 siblings.
