Robert “Rob” William Jones, age 73, of Lake, MI, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
Funeral Services for Rob will be held at the Lake Baptist Church on Saturday, September 14, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Michael Diedrich officiating. Interment will follow in the Garfield Township Cemetery. A Luncheon will take place back at the Church after the Committal Service. The family will receive friends at Clark-Campbell Funeral Chapel on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue at the Lake Baptist Church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lake Baptist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral chapel and the church.
Rob was born on February 15, 1951, in Midland, the son of Billie and Berniece Jones. A faithful member of Lake Baptist Church. He loved hunting, fishing, and spending time in the woods and most of all a faithful servant to his Lord. Rob worked many jobs throughout his life, he worked in a factory, doing landscaping, and was a lumberjack.
Surviving Mr. Rob is his loving wife of 43 years, Charlene Jones. From his previouses marriage, Rob has four children, Sonni Jones Dellenbach, Jennifer, Marcos, and Kelly; six grandchildren’ 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Jacqueline (Arthur) Tharp; and three brothers, Michael (Carla), David (Lisa), and Kevin (Joenalyn) Jones.
