Ruth Ann Armentrout, age 64, quietly went home to be with her Lord on May 1, 2024 surrounded by many loved ones. Born on April 21, 1960 in Clare, MI to Donald and Jean Armentrout, she grew up living and working on the family dairy farm where she learned the character traits of dedication and hard work. She maintained her “farm girl” strength and work ethic throughout her life.
Ruth was a graduate of Huntington College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She worked in upper level management with many retail companies. She was known to be not just an amazing organizer and manager of people, but also a kind and true friend to her employees and co-workers.
Her happiest moments in life were being a mom to her twin sons Anthony and Andrew. She will be missed by her surviving family and friends here on earth, but our faith in Christ gives us the blessed hope of being reunited one day.
There is a graveside memorial service planned for June 22, 2024 at 3:00 pm at Cherry Grove Cemetery in Clare, MI. There will also be a gathering with light food at the gazebo in Pettit Park following the service.
