The Otsego boys tennis team took on a pair of Wolverine Conference rivals on back-to-back days and came away with split results.
The Bulldogs beat Three Rivers 7-1 on Thursday, Sept. 26, after falling 6-2 to Three Rivers on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
The win over Three Rivers included a sweep in the singles flights for Otsego. Winning those matches were: No. 1 Flo Riquelme (6-1, 6-1); No. 2 Spencer Shearer (6-2, 6-2); No. 3 Phoenix Orona (6-4, 6-3); and No. 4 Alan Meyer (by default).
Winning at doubles for the Bulldogs were No. 2 Ryan Fielbrandt/Owen Sandman (2-6, 6-3, 6-2), No. 3 Jaydon Watson/Connor Taylor (7-6 (2), 6-4) and No. 4 Simon Pobocik/Dillon Campbell (6-1, 6-0).
Winning matches against Paw Paw were Riquelme at No. 1 singles and Pobocik/Campbell at No. 4 doubles.
