Clare High Schools’ Business Education Department teamed up with Clare Primary and Clare Middle School to once again put on the annual Bartering Bonanza event. Business students from the computer technology classes design products, marketing materials and booths to “sell” to Primary School students. Primary school students bring personal care items and exchange them for bartering bucks that they use to purchase the student designed products with. All of the donated personal care items are then donated to Mid Michigan Community Action Agency to support our local communities. This year over $10,500 in care items were donated as a result of these coordinated efforts.
