Paw Paw Township Residence Damaged by Smoke

On Saturday, Jan. 29, at 8:40 p.m., the Paw Paw Volunteer Fire Department responded to a structure fire in the 38000 block of 64th Avenue, Paw Paw Township. Upon arrival, firefighters found a single-family residence well involved with fire. Firefighters were able to quickly bring the blaze under control and no injuries were reported. Van Buren Emergency Medical Services (VBEMS) ambulance and the Paw Paw Quick Response Team also responded to the incident.
