School kids took advantage of Monday’s Presidents’ Day holiday break to enjoy South Haven’s ice rink albeit a bit sloppy due to temperatures in the 50s.
City officials have announced the rink will close for the season on March 2nd to allow for a major rebuild of the rink. The $800,000 project will improve the city’s ice skating rink facility, including construction of a concrete pad with a more efficient in-pad cooling system.
