post by LTES said of Ricjhardson, “He is a mentor to all of us and helped guide
the department with his vast knowledge before shifting to teach future generations
at Van Buren Tech in the Fire Science program. Richardson, an active member of
LTES, received an award ax made by a LTES member. Richardson is shown with
