MCBAIN – A 44-year-old Traverse City resident was arrested and lodged at Missaukee County jail on Feb. 25, facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and cocaine, providing false information to a police officer and driving with a revoked license.
Troopers from the Michigan State Police post report a woman driving a 2007 Chevrolet HHR for an equipment violation on M-55 near 9 Mile Road in West Branch Township.
Troopers said they noticed there was a half empty bottle of Kahlua inside the vehicle. When asked for her drivers license, the woman said she didn’t have it with her. She gave troopers a name but he SOS image of the person she claimed it to be did not match.
She was identified as being 44 and from Traverse City and her license was revoked. Troopers also found two small baggies of suspected methamphetamine inside her person along with two small vials of suspected cocaine.
