Wine & Harvest Festival features grape stomping, arts and crafts, free music and more

PAW PAW – Paw Paw Wine & Harvest Festival’s three-day event, Friday, Sept. 5, through Sunday, Sept. 7, offers something for everyone, from grape stomping to arts and crafts, free music and more.

Friday, Sept. 5
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. – The Witch’s Parlor at Taylor’s Florist & Gifts, 215 E. Michigan Ave.
10 a.m. to 11 p.m. – Paw Paw Brewing Co., 780 S. Gremps St. • Local brews and wine • Live entertainment.
10 a.m. to 9 p.m. – St. Julian Winery & Distillery, 716 S. Kalamazoo St. • Winery tours, spirit tastings and sales • Live entertainment: On the patio – 3 to 6 p.m., Tom Noack; 6 to 9 p.m., Dave Johnson; In the tank room – 6 to 9 p.m., Donald Savoie. Food by Floatin’ Franks.
10 a.m. to midnight – Warner Vineyards, 706 S. Kalamazoo St. • Spirit tastings and sales • Live entertainment – Fool House, call for time and tickets (269) 657-3165.
2 to 8 p.m. – The Lucky Wolf at the Paw Paw Playhouse, 404 E. Michigan Ave. • Food, drinks, and free live entertainment.

5 to 7 p.m. – Dogs Just Wanna Have Fun – Ultimate Air Dogs, on the corner of N. Niles St. and E. Michigan Ave.
5 to 8 p.m. – Hole-In-One Contest, Lakefront Park, W. Michigan Ave. • Benefitting “Unleash Love”
5 to 11 p.m. – Concord Trolley – Free rides around town • Sponsor: CSL Plasma.
5 p.m. to midnight – Festival Tent, corner of S. Gremps and Paw Paw streets • Beer and wine service • Live entertainment: 5 to 8:15 p.m., Out of Favor Boys; 9 p.m. to midnight, Bronk Bros.
5 p.m. to dusk – Marketplace booths throughout downtown.
5 to 11p.m. – Lakefront Amphitheatre, W. Michigan Ave. •Food booths. Live entertainment: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., Silian; 8:30 to 11p.m., The Unknowns

Saturday, Sept. 6
8 a.m. to 3 p.m., – Grape Escape Classic Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show, downtown along Michigan Ave. • Sponsor: John Tapper Automotive.
9 a.m. – Grape Lake 5K Run/Walk, start at corner of Hazen and Lake streets. • Sponsor: Freshwater Community Church, benefitting local non-profits.
9 a.m. – Kiwanis Cornhole Tournament, corner of Michigan and Gremps streets.
