Marion High School seniors Mara Jolly, Bonnie Kiger, Taylor Kruse, and Madison Sutten are all recipients of the West Michigan D League’s AAA Award for excellence in Academics, Attitude, and Athletics. They were honored last month at the league’s annual awards banquet at West Shore Community College.
The AAA Award has been an annual mainstay for nearly three decades and singles out seniors who are nominated by their high school principals and staff for excelling in academics, athletics, and attitude. During the ceremony, each winner is introduced by their principal who recognizes their accomplishments and explains why they deserve to win.
Students from several surrounding counties were honored.
