MARION – Osceola County prosecuting attorney Anthony Badovinac has announced Shiann Ankney, 43, of Marion, was sentenced on June 3 to the Michigan Department of Corrections for a term of 4 years and three months to 20 years for a conviction of Delivery of Methamphetamine.
Ankney was also sentenced to one year and five months to 15 years for a conviction for maintaining a drug house.
“Both crimes were enhanced by a habitual fourth application which increased the delivery charge from a 20-year to a life offense and which increased the maintaining a house offense from a two-year offense to a 15-year offense,” Badovinac said.
The convictions, Badovinac said, stem from sales to undercover agents during the past year.
No further information was provided by the county prosecutor’s office.
