Members of the Rotary Club of South Haven recently marked their 70th year of service to the community. The club was chartered on February 7, 1956. Today the club has 63 active members. Supporting projects locally and internationally, the club has the distinction of 100% of its membership being financial contributors to Rotary International worldwide projects. In a typical year the club contributes approximately $75,000 to local causes in addition to conducting several service projects. The club meets every Tuesday. A formal celebration of the 70th anniversary will take place in May. Its website is southhavenrotary.org
